The NZM series includes MCCBs up to 1600 A and is available in four overlapping frame sizes. The platform provides flexibility when sizing and adapting solutions to different system requirements.

Interrupting ratings range from 25 kA for smaller distribution boards up to 150 kA for more demanding switchgear applications. The performance covers both standard installations and systems with high short-circuit levels.

NZM MCCBs are available in versions for both IEC and UL/CSA standards. The series is well suited for projects with international technical and installation requirements.

The MCCBs can also be equipped with digital trip units providing enhanced protection, as well as advanced power management capability and communication with supervisory systems. The functionality supports intelligent power monitoring and modern system integration.

For applications up to 1000 VAC, compact MCCBs are available in the current range 20–1600 A.

The products are developed for high-voltage applications with demanding safety and operational requirements.

These MCCBs are specifically designed for harsh environments, including mining applications. The construction is engineered for high loads and demanding operating conditions.

Power Defence is a new generation of MCCBs primarily developed for the North American market. The series is designed according to North American installation standards and application requirements.

The MCCBs are available in six frame sizes with current ratings up to 2500 A. The scalable platform enables use in both medium-sized and high-load electrical systems.

Versions are also available with 100% rating according to UL489, meaning that – when properly installed – they can continuously carry their full rated current.
